Some further details...
When you enter the front door, the hallway has a small window to the left, and some useful coat hooks on the right.    The hallway and second reception room have wooden floors, the front reception room has a carpet.    Also in the front room there is a window overlooking the front garden and a lovely fireplace with a log burner stove.

The stairs rise up from the middle reception room and have a brand new stair carpet.

The kitchen is galley style and has a brand new vinyl floor.    All appliances are included - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.    There is a brand new gas hob and electric cooker.    The combi-boiler is tucked away in a kitchen cupboard, it has a service history and there is a new Gas Safety Certificate.   Outside the kitchen door there is a large paved area which has the potential to be used for building a conservatory, utility room or even a two-storey extension.

The bathroom has been completely renovated with a new white suite and new flooring.

Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms, both would easily take a king-size bed.   There is a useful fitted cupboard in the second bedroom, which also retains the original fireplace.   The loft hatch is also in this room, which is spacious and insulated.

Outside there is a tidy garden, with an outside tap and a shed.   A path runs from the front garden all the way to the gate at the rear, which leads to the private off-road parking space.

This is a really lovely property which has been recently refurbished and decorated throughout, to a very high standard.
